Welcome to our new Live Chat facility. Wherever you see the logo you will be able to connect to one of our agents who will be able to help you with your query.

If your query is really something that we need to go away and investigate then we will take details through the chat facility and either e-mail you or call you back as you require. When can you
Live Chat?

Our current opening times for Live Chat are Monday to Friday 9.30 - 17.00, but we will be looking to extend these very soon. Where you see the chat icon simply click on the icon. If we are open for chat you will be connected to an agent, but where we are not open to chat the pop up will advise you of our opening hours.

How does it work?

So here is the simple bit, simply click on the Live Chat icon, fill in some simple details and submit your request. We’ll be happy to help and hope to resolve your query in a matter of minutes. Here goes:
